I was just a lowly 68N (Avionics), but I remember my time in the gas chamber at Basic very well...and what this soldier is dealing with is no doubt three times worse. It's the bloodshot eyes that sell this one for me.

I actually love this piece. Usually, I can't stand anything with American soldiers, not because I disrespect soldiers, but because usually, from what I can tell, ALOT of pro-war Republicans are the ones going on and on about honoring our troops. This makes me want to honor troops though. Not because this soldier's killing a terrorist to protect America, but because he appears to be saving the life of an Iraqi child. Well done on actually making our soldiers look like heroes and not war-mongers! <3 Again, take no offense to my point of views, because I really do like this piece!

this is a very powerfull piece as the soldier probably wouldn't survive the gas, quite the sacrifce to make. good luck to you and your husband, may he stay safe where ever he serves.
