I wanted to try something in the steampunk genre, and I ended up really getting into the details on this one. Designing Steampunk/Victorian clothing is fun!
I started this painting many years ago, and got as far as the woman’s face. I really loved the colors and the way her face turned out, I just stopped painting for a while and so it sat. It felt good to finish it!Closeup /Progress Animation:

I am Amazed by your Talent Great work
Why did you stop painting?
Maybe threefold. I also was getting frustrated in my lack of progress, but I wasn't doing anything to try to improve. So this time I came back to it, I started off trying to improve right away, with studies and daily speed paintings (for a while, anyway).
There is always room for improvment so they say
You do an amazing work Don`t give up Sharp your skills
I know you can do it and Defeat this 3fold Problem
The perfect Steampunk Couple!
i love steampunk, you've drawn it fantastically here. Even though her arm's kinda crepy, she seems to have an iron skeleton and metal in her veins. (:
I LOVE the pose you chose. So romantic and yet feverish. They definitely want each other, eh? I also love all of the spectacular detail in the man's hair as well as in the woman's clothing. And those curls!? Don't even get me started on those perfect ringlets.
I really like the pose here, too. Definitely very sensual. Glad you enjoyed it
